Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship from the United States via USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping (US): 5-10 business days — $5.99 (Free on orders over $100)
Expedited Shipping (US): 2-5 business days — $12.99
International Shipping: 10-20 business days — rates calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
